What is an ideal client?
Someone who finds the perfect solution to their problems or needs in the services or products that you provide.
Why do you need an ideal client strategy?
As a small business owner you need to be very clear who you help, how you help them and what the outcome is.
If your business is going to stand out from the crowd, if you want to be found consistently then you need to be visible to a specific group of people with a specific issue.
The strategy process involves:
- Looking at who your potential ideal client may be
- Looking at the criteria for your ideal client
- Looking at what makes them an ideal client and why they need your service or product

We then need to be specific, we need to be clear.
The process involves:
Asking and answering all of the important questions that cover everything from basic demographics to what influences their buying decisions. These include: (but not exhaustive)
- Why are they your total ldeal Client?
- How do they search?
- How do they buy?
- How do they find you?
We extract all the relevant & important data from specific questions to ascertain who you are ideal client is .
We want to obtain those high converting clients, those clients who are already out there searching for your solution to their problem.
We use our extensive business development experience to guide, advise and clarify who the perfect ideal client is for your business.
At the end of the clarification process, we will have a clear ideal client profile for you who you will target with your marketing strategy.
What is Ideal Client Validation?
Following the ideal client 60 minute session where the strategy and clarification process takes place we then need to validate this information.
We need to ensure that your ideal client is looking for you and the solution you offer.
If they are not, it will be that bit harder to be found, that bit harder to be visible.
If your ideal client is actively looking for you, you will have the confidence and clarity to speak directly to them, to write content that targets them.
3-5 days following the strategy and clarification session you will receive a document detailing data to prove or disprove your ideal client.
Should the ideal client data gathered to validate your ideal client not be favorable, we will make recommendations for you on your ideal client based on the data analysed.
The ideal client validation part of the process is available as a standalone service should you wish to purchase this part of the process, or repeat in the future.
Ideal Client Implementation
Once you have a clear concise ideal client profile with clear set criteria, you can use this data to implement a targeted marketing strategy.

What does this Ideal Client Service include?
- You complete a form which is available on the download on purchase so we can gather details about you and your business before our call
- Once the completed form is received I will send a link for you to book your session
- 60 Minute strategy call to understand the ideal client strategy and further ideal client clarification
- The strategy recording detailing who your ideal client, what are their main characteristics, why you believe they are searching for your service, what main issue you solve for them and tools to use to clarify why they are searching for you.
- 3-5 days after the session you will receive a report validating the information gathered during the session. If your ideal client is not validated we will provide recommendations for a new ideal client to target based on data gathered.
