How does this SEO Strategy programme work?

During this SEO strategy and consultancy programme, we  provide you with comprehensive data and detailed research compiled into a document for you to refer to, along with a connection plan at the end which will enable you to go forward and maintain your online visibility.

Note that you will access to me via email during the course of the programme to ask me anything, Mon-Thur during 10am to 3pm.

Without doubt the most important place to begin. First of all, we hold an initial business strategy session with you, we look at your business in comprehensive, in depth detail. This includes looking at your current business plan along with your business processes and strategies.

We look at the main service offerings and where the current leads and clients come from. Back to basics, look at the decision making processes and how they impact the business overall.

We look at the 5 year business plan, the current objectives and plans for future growth. Where will the business be in 5-7 years? What are the objectives to achieve these goals. We perform a business SWOT analysis, we look at how we can maximise on the strengths and opportunities and diminish the weaknesses and threats.

This is an essential part of our visibility linking the SEO Strategy to the Business Strategy.

Next, we hold a strategy session with you for us to look at the target audience: who are they? Why are they the ideal clients? What solution does the business provide that solves the target audience search issue? Why are they searching for the service the business provides? Who will get the best possible results from the service offerings and why?
We analyse the audience, we understand why they need the services the business provides. This is an essential part of our visibility and SEO strategy.

We create a niche group of people with a breakthrough issue that are ready to take action. Where must becomes should.

From the data gathered in previous steps then start the research phase.  We look at the target audience search and buying behaviours. We identify how they look for the business, how they search. We identify the words, terms and phrases they utilise. We not only look at generic terms they search for, but the terms they will use to find the solution to the problem they have. We validate your niche audience, we ensure there is data to ensure they are looking for the solution you provide. We validate your key visibility channels and ensure your audience are looking for you and how they are looking for you. This data is an essential part of your SEO strategy.

We then look at your search competition which includes who your target audience is finding ahead of you, who is ranking ahead and below the business and why. From this data, we learn how to analyse their offerings and their content, and how to use the results of this analysis to ensure we are always one step ahead of your search competition. We then discuss the results from ALL the research, then we explain how we will use this data in your overall visibility and SEO strategy. We use this data to implement the SEO Strategy into the business online presence.

Your SEO strategy includes social media visibility and web visibility. Social media platforms are search engines too. We identify which platform(s) the target audience frequent. We recommend where to focus your time and effort. We analyse your current content, your engagement processes and the quality of your connections. From this data, we will create inbound lead generation for social media. 

We analyse the current website, and identify all the issues why traffic isn’t going there, or ifthe website gains healthy amounts of traffic why is it bouncing and not converting into leads. We analyse the page structure in terms of content and structure, plus we review the technical SEO. We look at your web and social media strategies so that your overall visibility strategy is guaranteed to achieve results.

Finally, we recommend implementation of your bespoke SEO strategy into all of your visibility channels. These can include: your website key pages, home page, service page and FAQ page.  To ensure complete comprehensive visibility, you may wish to redesign these newly optimised pages. You may wish to implement a new homepage design and signature service landing page design in line with the newly optimised structures we have recommended. We can assist with the complete structure, re-designing and implementing these new pages to your website should you not have a current designer and developer, however this is not included in the programme. We can provide costings.

Other visibility channels can include: podcast, yout tube channel, social media platforms, lead magents, landing pages and passive income courses. We identify these key channels in our initial sessions and they form a key part of your SEO Strategy.
